Refund policies are generally determined by the venue or event organizer, not Etix. Depending on the event's policy, tickets may be non-refundable and non-exchangeable after purchase.
If an event is cancelled or postponed and the venue or promoter authorizes refunds or exchanges, eligible customers can request assistance through Etix Customer Support. Check the event information and your confirmation email for the policies that apply to your purchase.
