My mobile tickets won't display when I press the link. What do I do?

In the unlikely event your mobile tickets are unable to be viewed by the link sent to you in their standard mobile configuration, please consult your phone's settings to view the link as a web page (web version) instead of the mobile site version.

Due to the varying nature of devices, we recommend using the manufacturer's website for your phone or a search engine for instructions on how to view your ticket link as a web page.
