My ticket has a specific date on it. I’m supposed to be able to use it for multiple days. How does that work?

Our clients may choose to use one ticket for entry multiple days of their event. All tickets will print with a date by default, but multi-scan tickets will typically explain on the ticket the days which the ticket will be valid for entry. We do recommend holding onto the same ticket for each visit as once you redeem your ticket, as it will no longer be printable from your confirmation email. Venues may charge a fee for on-site reprints of multi-scan tickets. Mobile tickets can also be used for entry on certain multiple day events. These tickets will scan each day for entry, regardless of the red redemption line shown on the ticket.
