How do I get a presale password for my event?

If you're being prompted for a password while purchasing tickets online, it is possible that the event you're purchasing tickets to may be under a presale. Presale passwords are issued by the venue, promoter or artist fan club directly so we recommend confirming all passwords with the issuer if they are not working as intended. Etix cannot issue a password, we can only confirm whether or not the password you have is valid for the event by phone or email.
