I haven’t received a response to my Customer Support form. When will I receive a response?

At Etix, we strive to resolve all customer issues within 48 hours.

We recommend checking your email for official communication from the venue regarding any event cancellations or postponements.

As a contracted ticketing company, Etix can not modify a customer's order without client (venue, promoter, etc) approval. If the policy requires us to reach out to our client for a resolution, we will be in touch with you as soon as we receive a response from our client regarding your case.

In the meantime, if you have follow-up questions, concerns, or details you would like to provide OR if your request is handled with the box office or one of our phone agents, please reply to the email received when you submit your form, instead of submitting a new form. We appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to resolve your case.
