I haven’t received a response to my Customer Support form. When will I receive a response?

Due to the extremely high volume of requests, we're receiving regarding cancellations and postponement of events our customer support response times vary, but we strive to resolve customer issues within 48 hours.

If your event is subject to cancellation or postponement and does not take place in the next 5 calendar days please expect longer wait times as we attempt to assist all impacted customers based on the date of their event.

We recommend checking your email for official communication from the venue regarding any event cancellations or postponements.

As a contracted ticketing company, Etix can not modify a customer's order without client (venue, promoter, etc) approval. If the policy requires us to reach out to our client for a resolution, we will be in touch with you as soon as we receive a response from our client regarding your case.

In the meantime, if you have follow-up questions, concerns, or details you would like to provide OR if your request is handled with the box office or one of our phone agents, please reply to the email received when you submit your form, instead of submitting a new form. We appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to resolve your case.
