I never received my TutuTix souvenir tickets. What do I do?

All souvenir tickets are mailed out at least 10 days prior to the event. If you have not received your tickets and your performance is within 48 hours, please submit a Customer Support form via the link located at the bottom of your confirmation email. Please include your full mailing address for verification on this form to ensure delivery.

Upon receipt, a new copy of your tickets will be mailed to you at no additional charge.

For entry to your event, you may use your confirmation email and photo ID to certify your purchase at the door.
