The Order Lookup tool is asking for the last four digits of my payment method, but I used Apple Pay! How do I find it?

The following instructions can be used to find the last 4 of the Apple Pay card used at the time of your purchase to be used with the Order Lookup tool or to be provided to a Etix Customer Support agent for verification:

For iPhone users:

  1. Open the “Wallet” app.
  2. Tap the card you want to look at.
  3. Tap the menu icon (three dots) in the upper right corner.
  4. Tap “Card Number”.
  5. You will then see both the “Physical Card” number and the “Apple Pay” number.
    1. Please note: this only reveals only the last 4 digits of both cards.

For Mac users:

  1. Open the “Settings” app.
  2. Click “Wallet & Apple Pay”.
  3. Click on the card you want to look at.
  4. In the “Card Numbers” box, click the “Show” button.
  5. You will then see both the “Physical Card” number and the “Apple Pay” number.
    1. Please note: this only reveals only the last 4 digits of both cards.

For iPad users:

  1. Open the “Settings” app.
  2. Tap “Wallet & Apple Pay”.
  3. Tap on the card you want to look at.
  4. On the “Info” tab, you will then see both the “Card Number” and the “Apple Pay” number.
    1. Please note: this only reveals only the last 4 digits of both cards.

For Apple Watch users:

  1. Open the “Wallet” app.
  2. Tap “Apple Card”.
  3. Tap “Card Information”.
  4. Next to “Card Number”, you will then see both the “Card Number” and the “Apple Pay” number.
