How do I request a refund or an exchange for my order?
At purchase, all customers agree to the purchase policy which states the following regarding Refunds and Exchanges: “Before purchasing tickets, it is your responsibility to carefully review your seat location, event, and performance date. Policies set forth by our clients may prohibit Etix from issuing exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased.”
If your ticket purchase is subject to cancellation or postponement and refunds (or exchanges) are being offered by the venue/promoter of the event you may request a refund (or exchange) through the Customer Support Form linked at the bottom of your confirmation email.
