I was denied entry at the door and my tickets are valid. What should I do?
Etix is an Internet-based, print-at-home ticketing service. We are hired by our clients to sell their tickets. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your event experience besides the purchasing process, you must speak to a representative of the event venue at the box office before the event has concluded. Policies set forth by our clients do not allow us to exchange or refund tickets once an event has taken place for any reason.
