My tickets say Etix but I did not purchase them from Etix.com I purchased them through a 3rd Party. Are they valid?

Etix is a contracted ticket company, not a resale marketplace. Our clients hire us to sell their tickets to their events. If you did not purchase tickets directly from Etix.com, we will not be able to guarantee the validity of your ticket purchase. While those tickets may be valid in our system, the original ticket purchaser has ownership and access to make changes to their order until the event takes place.
Etix Customer Support must be able to verify your information as the original purchaser of the ticket before any changes can be made to an order placed on the Etix.com website.
