I accidentally sent my ticket to the wrong email address. What should I do?

Please use our new AI representative, Solvvy, for assistance with adjusting the email on your order. Click the little box in the bottom right of this page and select "I have an existing order", then "I want to resend my confirmation". From there, you will see an option to contact the Customer Support department to have your email corrected!

Please note: you will need the last four digits of the card used for your purchase and your full billing address as identity verification before any changes to your order will be made.
