Can I add tickets to my current Etix order?

You are welcome to purchase a separate order when you want to buy additional tickets for an event from the online web-portal. However, issued Etix orders are also able to have tickets added to them (pending availability) at the time your request is handled. Please submit a Customer Support Form from the link located at the bottom of your confirmation email so our Customer Support team can assist you further. Please be sure to include as much detail as possible in the Problem Details section of the form regarding the amount of tickets you wish to add and any specific seating you’re looking to acquire (when applicable).

Submitting a form does not guarantee availability nor approval of your request.
