I’ve left my number for callback, when will I receive a return call?

Etix utilizes a queue-based call system to handle the volume associated with our 5000+ event venues worldwide. When you call in, you will hear several prompts which can direct your call to lines specified for your ticket purchase or issue.

When a ticketing agent is not available to accept your call, the system will request a phone number be left for you to receive a callback in the order it was placed. An agent will return your call as soon as possible and the return call may come from an unfamiliar number or area code.

Due to the overwhelming volume of calls during highly-popular events, these callbacks can sometimes be delayed. Please only leave a phone number for callback a single time, as any additional attempts will move your space in the queue to the end by nature of our phone system.
