I have duplicate/pending charges on my card. What do I do?
Typically, when a transaction fails after entering credit card information, it is due to differences between the billing address entered and the billing address on file with your card issuer. Before attempting your transaction again, please verify that all billing information entered (card number, expiration date, CVV, billing address) is correct.
Any pending charge(s) on your account as a result of a failed transaction will not be processed. To determine how long a temporary authorization will show on your account, please contact your card-issuing bank.
To determine if an order was placed successfully, use our order lookup tool. Note, the system will not locate orders if you spell your email address incorrectly.
