How do I know an Etix ticket is real?

The safest way to purchase an Etix ticket is through Etix.com or a ticket link provided by the official venue, artist or event website.
If you purchased directly through Etix, look for a confirmation email from confirmation@etix.com containing your order information and nine-digit confirmation number. You can also use Etix's Order Lookup tools to locate your order.
Etix cannot guarantee tickets purchased through an unaffiliated third-party reseller, even if the ticket originally came from Etix.
